Try a dipping sauce with your shishito peppers

Recipe from Slow the Cook Down

Soy and ginger dipping sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce 

  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1/4 tablespoon fresh ginger minced

  • 1/4 tablespoon sriracha 

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

 

Mayo, lemon and garlic dipping sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayo

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha 

 

Make the dipping sauces

  • Whisk together the ingredients for each dipping sauce in two separate bowls. Cover and place in the fridge until needed.
